A craftsman's website, built from scratch.
Tatoosh Trade Craft is a Pacific Northwest painting, remodeling and finish-carpentry company whose work speaks for itself. They needed a website that did the same. We designed and developed a fully custom site — brand, build, and conversion flow — that turns local searches into booked estimates.

Make the website as well-built as the work
In the trades, trust is everything — and a dated, templated website quietly undercuts it. Tatoosh does premium, careful work across painting, remodeling and finish carpentry, but prospective clients couldn't feel that online. The brief was to build a site that signals craftsmanship on first impression and makes it effortless to request an estimate.
It also had to do real work: present several distinct services clearly, show off completed projects as proof, and route motivated homeowners into a simple, low-pressure estimate request — all fast, mobile-first, and ready to earn its place in local search.
Brand, build, and conversion — handled end to end
Brand & visual identity
A bespoke navy-and-copper palette with editorial serif type, inspired by the Tatoosh Island Lighthouse — a look that feels as premium and dependable as the craftsmanship it sells.
Custom Next.js development
Built from scratch, not bolted onto a template. A fast, modern front end deployed on Vercel for snappy loads and rock-solid reliability.
Six-service architecture
Clear, dedicated sections for exterior & interior painting, ADU construction, roofing & siding, remodeling and finish carpentry — so every visitor finds exactly what they need.
Interactive before/after
Drag-to-compare sliders on real projects let homeowners see the transformation for themselves — the most persuasive proof a trades company can show.
Lead-generating estimate flow
A service-routed 'Request a Free Estimate' form, placed everywhere intent is highest, that turns curious visitors into booked walkthroughs.
Mobile-first, fast & SEO-ready
Designed mobile-first with clean structure and descriptive, keyword-aware content so it performs in search and converts the local traffic that finds it.

A brand with roots, not just a logo
The name honors the Tatoosh Island Lighthouse at Cape Flattery — a symbol of steady, dependable work at the edge of the Northwest. We built the whole identity around that idea: a deep navy grounded by warm copper, editorial serif headlines, and a calm, confident voice that reads like a craftsman who takes real pride in the work.
Every detail — from the "prep is the job" messaging to the honest, no-pressure estimate language — reinforces the same promise the company makes in person. The result is a website that feels built for its climate, inside and out.
Tatoosh now has a website that matches the quality of its work — a premium, fast, owner-led brand presence that makes requesting an estimate effortless.
It presents every service clearly, proves the craftsmanship with real before/after work, and channels motivated homeowners straight into the estimate flow — a foundation built to convert local search traffic for years, and ready to pair with Google Ads whenever they want to pour fuel on it.
